Teacher Plus Instructions MHS Q2:
- Please
make sure you entered the short comments C2 in all subjects for each student.
- Each
subject has a separate grade book, so please submit all gradebooks
separately.
- Please
create One column as the Final Grade for
Quarter2 and use only Quarer2 Grades Category
- Maximum
Possible Points should be 100 in the created
column.
- Please enter the Final Grade on NEO to the
created column in Teacher Plus.
- Please update the grades that have been inserted
before.
Q2 Grades will have only One Column, to insert the Q2 End
term grades, you may use the same Q2 Column that was created for Q2 Midterm
Grades and update the grades there.
How to calculate Semester1
Grades in your GRADBOOK?
- Switch
the current
view from Name &
Average to RC
View or “Grades & Comments”
- Under SEMI column, Click Calculate to calculate the average of
Semester 1.
- Open Submit tab then click on Second Marking Period
Teachers must use the
highlighted Q2 Grades column from NEO Platform and insert them in Teacher plus
as shown below in screenshot:
how to enter c2 comments?
1. Enter C2 in all grade books.
2. Change the view
from [Name & Average] or [Custom] to [Comments & Narratives].
3. Right click in C2 column then select Enter Comment or type the comment code
by the keyboard if you know it.
4. Make sure all students
have C2 in all subjects.
5. C2 column
accepts ONLY codes from 1 to 185.

1. Open the grade book.
2. Go to Submit tab, then click
on the Second Marking Period
3. Repeat step 1 and 2 for
each subject.
4. Once you submitted the
grade book, the Second Marking Period status will be changed from Not Ready to Ready with the date of
submitting.
5. If you did any changes or
corrections in your grade book, you must RE-SUBMIT it.

gradebook status:-
1. Not Ready:- It means your grade
book is not submitted.
2. Ready:- It means your grade
book is submitted.
3. Received:- It means your grade
book is received by DBA.
So please make sure
the status of all subjects is set to Ready
